brynn's first month was a little traumatic for her. she definitely had a hard time adjusting to this new life of hers. so far she's our hardest, fussiest baby. it's been interesting getting to know her and her little personality. this girl loves to be held, swaddled and cuddled. brynn didn't get her first real bath until she was about one month old. most of her cord fell off, but there was this tiny bit that refused to fall off. so for a long time we had to keep giving her sponge baths. brynn was really sleepy in the beginning, as all newborns are, but that wore off a little as her tummy had trouble digesting her food quickly. this is where i think most of her fussiness comes from. she is adored by everyone in the family, especially her siblings. they love her. so glad she's our newest addition.

I am in shock that you have had another baby!!!! didn't we just have babies? is your reese the same age as ike? i'm just thinking of how you do it. I would be pulling out my hair. but on to better things. she is a doll!! you have such beautiful children. and Katelyn has grown in to a beautiful kid. seriously!!! when did our kids get so big? hope you guys are surviving residency. two more years, right? darling family my friends.
